1. Agreement to Terms

2.3 Account Suspension and Termination

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

11vip accepts deposits through various payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers from major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT). All financial transactions are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. You acknowledge and agree that all deposits are made voluntarily for the purpose of wagering on games and services offered by 11vip.

3.1 Deposit Policies

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. All deposits are credited to your account immediately upon receipt and verification. 11vip does not charge fees for deposits, though third-party payment processors may impose their own transaction fees. 3.3 Currency and Conversion

All account balances, wagers, and payouts are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). 5.2 Disputes and Investigations

In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, account balances, or any other matter, you must notify 11vip customer support immediately. All disputes are subject to investigation by 11vip, and our decision on the matter is final and binding. During investigation periods, 11vip may temporarily suspend your account and withhold withdrawals until the matter is resolved. You agree to cooperate fully with any investigation by providing requested information and documentation.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 11vip platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content, is the property of 11vip or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. If negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration laws.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms must be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. You waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.
